The channel fee covers finding the business, qualifying the demand and setting up your exclusive connection, and it holds your position for twelve months. Breakawave doesn't guarantee volume; the business chooses where it sends its customers. If it closes or goes quiet inside the term, we move you to another channel of the same size.
The success fee covers the platform: matching, the record of every request, and the payment flow. You set it per service when you apply and we confirm it before you go live. It's charged when the customer goes ahead. If they don't proceed, you owe nothing.
