• What is Breakawave?

  Every business has customers with needs it can't meet. Breakawave gives you one link to send those customers to businesses you trust. You deliver nothing and you're paid on every one that converts. It's free to join.

• What is a Connector?

  A business whose customers ask for things it doesn't offer. You place one link where your customers already are. When one of them needs something outside what you do, the request goes to a business you trust, and you're paid on every connection that converts.

• How does it actually work?

  You register, place your link (email signature, invoices, website) and invite the businesses you already trust. When a customer asks for something you don't offer, they use your link, the request goes to a business you trust, and that business delivers it. Every converted connection pays you. Requests, statuses and payments all sit in your dashboard.

• What does it cost?

  Nothing. Joining is free, inviting the businesses you trust is free, and there's no subscription. You're paid when a customer you send converts. If you also list your own service, you pay a success fee only on customers sent to you who convert.

• How long does setup take?

  Under a minute for your account. If you want to list your service as well, another 5-10 minutes to apply, and you're live within two business days. Then place your link and start inviting.

• How do I invite the businesses I trust?

  From your invite page at breakawave.com/invite. Type a first name and an email, choose whether they'll send you customers, you'll send them customers, or both, and Breakawave sends the invitation for you. Nothing to forward. You're told when they register.

• What if I don't know a business for something my customers need?

  Send the request through anyway. It goes to approved partners in that category, and if there isn't one yet, we go and find one and keep you posted.

• Can Breakawave build out partners for me?

  Yes. If you want a specific business chosen for your customers, rather than whichever approved partner takes the request, we source and vet one per service and you approve or decline it before anything goes live. That's a paid service. Anything you invite yourself is free.

• Do I choose who my customers are sent to?

  Yes. Businesses you invite are yours, and your customers' requests go to them. Anything outside your circle goes to partners Breakawave has approved. Either way the customer came to you first, and you gave them somewhere trusted to go.

• Do my customers get anything for going through my link?

  Often, yes. Partners can attach a customer benefit to their service, such as a discount or a free first session, for customers who arrive through Breakawave. Where one exists, your customer sees it when they're connected.

• Will this distract my team or customers?

  No. There's nothing for your team to manage; the request goes straight to the business that delivers it. For your customers it's a service they were already looking for, offered by you at the moment they need it.

• How do I get paid?

  Every connection that converts pays you a share of the success fee the partner pays Breakawave. Your dashboard shows each connection and what it paid you. We pay you directly. Nothing to invoice.

• What's my revenue potential?

  The free report estimates it from your customer base in about three minutes, before you register. Once you're live there's no ongoing cost, and every connection that converts adds to it.

• Can I list my own service too?

  Yes. Apply when you register or later from your account. Businesses you trust send their customers to you, and you pay a success fee only on the ones that convert. You set that fee when you apply.
